Millie, Founder and Owner of Careneeds Staffing, established the agency with a deeply personal commitment to compassionate and dependable care. Her passion for home care was shaped by the experience of being unable to be by her father’s side during his final days, as he lived thousands of miles away and passed before she could reach him. That profound loss strengthened her dedication to ensuring that no individual feels alone or unsupported during vulnerable moments.
Beginning her healthcare journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Millie discovered the fulfillment that comes from caring for patients with dignity and compassion. She later graduated from nursing school and gained extensive clinical experience as an Emergency Room (ER) nurse, while also working in Gastroenterology, Occupational Health, and Home Care. Today, she practices as a Nurse Practitioner, bringing advanced clinical knowledge and leadership to the healthcare field.
Millie believes that even when family members cannot be physically present, every person deserves care that feels personal, attentive, and heartfelt.
